It is a type of tube cutter. You tighten it turn it around the pvc or copper and relighted as it cuts.

Not sure what it’s called, but they tried to use one like it at my bris. Still couldn’t get through.

Anyone want it ? I’m reaching a point where I don’t want keep stuff around that I don’t need


call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.
