Anybody have experience with both? Wondering if there is a noticeable difference in rough water ride and added size with the Z20. I’ve got a Z19 but never ridden in a 20.
If you can't find em wind em.

Not a huge difference between the boats lengths , however there is a significant difference between 200hp and 250hp.

I know the Z20 is the fastest in the line-up and it’s just 10” longer but didn’t know if that translated to a noticeably improved ride versus the 19 in rough water. That and more storage are the main things I’d like in my next boat but definitely am not going to a 21’ just yet.

I have a z19 and it does good in rough water. My partner has a z20 it does a little better because of the weight difference of the motor on the back. It has a 250.

Crawled all over both and went with the z20. I was debating them for a year and have no regrets. Thank God it fit in my garage!
When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip! #Brockstarama

I've owned both. I bought a new Z519 with a Mercury Optimax 225 XS in 2011 and replaced it with a new 2019 Z520C with a 250 XS Four Stroke about a year ago. Both are good boats and have been problem free. The Z520 is slightly better on rough water but not enough to influence my decision. The Z520C came fully equipped while the Z519 required a lot of spendy additions like power poles, better electronics, etc.. I initially intended to buy another Z519 but after considering how the boats are equipped I opted for the Z520. I'll say I'm sure enjoying the 250 four stroke. Good luck with the boat hunt, I think you'll be happy regardless which you choose.

A little more speed and storage ain’t gonna hurt either! Oh, and that 4 stroke!!!

Kinda the same differences between the Ranger boats too.
