It was another "Hit & Miss" Week on Richland Chambers as we had some really tough days where we had to catch a lot of smaller throwback Whites to get to our Keeper Fish and then a day or two (Saturday) where we limited early and then went Catfishing! Fish are scattered, not much top water action most days on the Main Lake and the fish that are being caught come on Slabs in water less than 20' FOW. Check out Points and Humps up the Creek Channels and avoid the boat traffic on the Main Lake while catching some of the better quality fish. This will probably be the pattern for the remainder of Summer and until we get a cool down in the Fall. Last week our average age of the Customer was probably around 10-12 years of age as Parents and Grandparents were getting in one last trip before School starts. I ended the week with a Granddad and Grandson (See Last Pics) that limited on their Whites before 8AM and then put 25 nice Catfish in the Ice Chest! It doesn't get much better than this!
