One of your “accessory’s”? Honestly my Ranger has several. Mine all run something(an accessory). If everything on your boat works and nothing happens when you turn on that accessory button then your boat didn’t come with that accessory! Honestly some boats come with extra power buttons to give you options to run stuff that is not factory supplied options. Mine had the radio and tape player hooked to it !!!! :thumb But i changed it to turn off smart a$$ people!  So, you turned it back on it seems. Guess it doesn't work on extreme cases! 
I would agree with you , but then we would both be WRONG !!!!!

Why? Because people come along thinking they're adding info when they aren't? Reading comprehension does seem lower on the low post accounts I've noticed. Maybe reading glasses would help?

It's for the Heater. Turn the dang thing off, you are heating up the whole state.
Now since I have read this thread, I am going to have to go look and see if mine has anything hooked to it.

Mine had nothing hooked to the accessory switch when I got it so I used it as a master control for all my electronics so I can turn everything off with one switch.
