Friend of mine told me about this anyone done one any tips or suggestions
If you don’t know it’s a pineapple trimmed and cored and stuffed with seasoned pork wrapped in bacon and grilled

Cut the pineapple top off...core it but not all the way thru. Leave bottom as is. Use pork country style ribs and remove bone. Apply mustard so your rub sticks. Place on cookie sheet, smoke for about 4 hours ...240*F..........While ribs are cookin', prepare the pineapple as stated and remove the eyes. You may then wrap the pineapple with 1 lb. of bacon using toothpicks to hold bacon to pineapple. Do not throw the top away. Once ribs are done, stuff in pineapple..add your favorite bbq sauce to the ribs. Place top back on top and hold down with wooden skewers....Apply rub over the bacon......Put in smoker, indirect heat till bacon is crisp....
