 Thanks to all who served and a special thanks to the ones who were wounded. My father got one in WWII while in Germany. Dang German tanks had way better guns than the Sherman tanks.

My father in law got his in WWII, if he would have gotten one for each bullet hole in his body he would have had an even dozen.

My dad got one in WW2 and he said it was the only medal he got that really had any meaning.
