Not knowing the details of the trailer I would say $500-$600 per month. I have a Park model in Hangout Cover and wouldn't go any less than $1,000 a month. Not that I would consider renting it out as I have turned down several offers.

Are you looking to rent out your RV? Is it lake front? If not lake front, I would think 500 to 600 is reasonable.

If you are planning to rent your place out you might want to check with the park owners as some do not allow tgat. Ours will not even allow your family members to be there unless you are tgere also. Not complaining as I like that approach. Also some parks have restrictions on how many consecutive days a traiker xan be occupied.
That being said subletting is allowed in some parks and so.e park owners have a few trailers they rent out.

about 700 a month if owner has to pick up wifi, electricity and propane are on the renter if long term, short term the owner should pay for it.
assuming it is a little older trailer, 2 people occupancy and the monthly extras 700 will come to 1k pretty easy.
the private ramp and land is worth something on fork, like mark said, check with the owners if it is a park, if private owner I would have everything in writing down to who picks up dog poo and collect a months rent as deposit.
you could put up some more detail like are you the renter or owner? age/size of trailer? is there a deck/roof with it (makes a big difference in summer)? who owns the land and is it a park, if park you need to make sure they allow extended stay and there are restrictions the sra has on parks as to waterfront use (no full time supposedly but I know of some that allow it).
I have an older trailer that is in great shape for its age, cleaned up to rent 6-700 a month is what I would have to have, I am in williams creek next door to k.o. sorta.

I appreciate the feedback...I will be the renter...I am just checking to see a range of what is a reasonable amount to pay...it seems $1k per month is not too high for the privacy and land. Its not a marina...its a private ownership former VRBO rental.
Thanks for the replies.

I am looking to rent one....I came across an opportunity to do so. That being said, I plan to buy one in the future and this is good information to consider. I appreciate it sir!
