Got another work truck . Rides like hell so I investigated . Found out my body mount / cab bushing things are either rotted or gone . Soooo I did some googling and YouTubing and doesn’t look to bad . Anybody ever done these ? Any tips ? How many are there on a 2012 f350 single cab ? I only found 4 but I didn’t really look all that hard . Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Loaded down, I think your truck will continue to ride bad but replacing what you can is always a good idea.
My F250 rides bad but I roll with 1300lbs of parts in a service body.

But right now every time I hit even the smallest of bumps, dirt roads , and or pot holes I’m bucking around like a cowboy in the pbr . My 250 that I just had before the 350 rode pretty good loaded down and it had extra leafs installed in the back . If you threw in a overloaded trailer in the mix I was a rolling tank going down the highway but extremely smooth for what it was . I just gotta get rid of the two nymphos on a box spring squeaking /noises and make it not so dang bouncy .

Agree w/ Hop on this. Did this on my '97 F250 many years ago and it made it ride a heck of a lot better.

All that squeaking is probably your sway bar bushings. Fords just do that, it's their signature. So while you're at it, replace the sway bar bushings and tie rod end bushings too.
