There has been talk of this for a while. I know a director that very recently resigned his position on the board because of the financial shadiness he supposedly saw. This dude was ride or die, too. I think there is probably something to these claims.

What was said director name? I know most of them too.
There was was turnover a year or so back over this but millions? Nope

If they really wanted to go after an organization that "is fraught with fraud and abuse" then they would go after the DNC! flag

They sure have been quiet as of late - no money for air time. A lot of members apparently haven't renewed when they learned where all the money was going.

The stories about the funneling of monies to Executives and families have been rampant for years.
This lawsuit has interesting potential if it moves forward. What's to keep a conservative State AG, or group of conservative AGs, to go after liberal groups like BLM, Greenpeace, etc.

BLM is not an organization. Any group like the NRA or Greenpeace can always be investigated at any time. The NRA allegedly broke laws and rules, just as the Trump Foundation did and was shut down.

Sorry to interrupt your BS, but how do you explain this, directly from the black lives matter website?

https://blacklivesmatter.com/about/

Quote
#BlackLivesMatter was founded in 2013 in response to the acquittal of Trayvon Martin’s murderer. Black Lives Matter Foundation, Inc is a global organization...

Not only is it incorporated, but it called itself an organization in the About section on its website. Can you rephrase your statement, or add some clarification?

Any chance that self-appointed anti-corruption queen Letitia goes after Planned Parenthood next?

I don't really like posting people's names if it is someone I know personally, but he was one of the ones that left a year ago. He split over the money being paid to an outside law firm.

They are physically in Fairfax Virginia. The problem is, their Charter is in New York and that can't be moved I don't believe. Especially now that the charges have been filed.

In layman's terms, does that mean their money is in new York?

I can't even begin to form a sentence that would not land me back in sing-sing. I will say this, it is coming. People are really starting to get hot under the collar with this leftist shixt.
