Headed to Tawakoni this weekend with the kids before school starts to do some Cat Fishing. Anyone know where and maybe what depth there at right now? Blues and/or Channels is what we will be targeting. Thanks!

The timber above the 2 mile bridge is a good starting point. Try if Iām 21-23ft. Throw out a bag of range cubes, then fish it with punch bait.

Thanks! I was already thinking about this spot but wasn't sure. Appreciate it.

I am going to try to get to this spot next weekend if possible. I drove from Dallas to Weatherford today to get some Benny's Sure Shot Punch bait. When I opened the lid there was a small maggot crawling around. It didn't even cost me extra. I also have some Stubbys and some Danny Kings.
