A few weeks ago I did a catch cook and clean using Louisiana Hot Sauce. That got me thinking. I searched youtube and could not find another video doing this so I figured I would try it. Let me say, this is the way I will be making crappie for now on. Sriracha Hot Sauce is the best. Check it out and hope you enjoy!
