The death penalty in his case was overturned on appeal. I am somewhat conflicted because he will always be in Supermax which I think is hell on earth and a rehearing will mean we will have to hear his name and see his hideous Face on tv if they redo the sentencing hearing

Potential for some president to come in and grant his freedom through pardon or commuting his sentence is there for at lest the next 50 years.

And we'll pay $65k + a year for the rest of his life. Paying his attorneys for 20 years of appeals will be more than that.

He has only been in prison for 7 years. Why should his suffering end any sooner than all of the people he disfigured. They will be dealing with their pain the rest of their natural lives.
I can't imagine how boring/lonely solitary confinement is in prison. He's not ever getting out. Let him sit there.

His family can still see him and hear his voice and communicate with him. The victims family, no longer can do that That is reason alone to eliminate him from society..........
