Stranger things have happened but have to believe that is index rather than air temp.

Yeah, no it's not going to do that in Corpus, it's too close to the gulf, so the temps are going to reflect. The humidity is high, and you'll sweat like Mike Tyson in a spelling bee, but look at the temp of everything on the water, 95 is really hot.

Start moving inland, and you'll see temps spike up, but the humidity drops. You can't win.
