Also, he met the minimum boat size. But his outboard HP was too small. Dumb.

I also don't understand why the rule for some is stupid. If you want a river boat make sure it is in compliance with the rules before said Tourney.

If that’s what is necessary for that lake the others should adapt as well. BBC has some good comments on how stupid this rule is.
