Bait camps around Galveston reporting that they have live shrimp now.
Due to the hard SW wind, sometimes gusting over 20 has water muddied up
and very few boats were out. A couple of anglers ventured over to the Causeway
and picked up a variety of fish. They were on the water at 4am and out by 7:30am
with their limits.
