My wife’s family and ours rented a beach house between Galveston and San Luis Pass on Terramar Beach. I am going to bring my kayaks down and do some surf fishing, but would really like to do some inshore as well. I’m not looking for anyone’s honey holes, but ANY information you have on that area would be soooo appreciated. Thanks so much fellas.

There is good access to West Bay from the state park (northwest side of road, not the beach side - there is a daily use fee that you pay at the office on the beach side if you do not have a state park pass). You can also access the bay from Sportsman Road. If you want to try a different area you can access Christmas Bay from a boat ramp that is a couple miles southwest of the SLP.
