I am shocked I haven't seen anything on this topic on here yet. My SideVu stopped working correctly on the right side on my EchoMap 126sv about 2 weeks ago. I decided to call Garmin today to find out how to trouble shoot and get it fixed. When I called they had a message saying they can't receive any calls, chats or emails. So, I did a search and found this article. Looks like they have been hit with a ransomware attack.

Thanks for posting. I use a Garmin golf watch- I played Thursday after work and haven’t been able to pull up the shot locations for the round or my stats since then. There is a message saying they are down for server maintenance. Initially it said they would be down for around 20 hrs for maintenance, but now no time frame is given. I never thought about a cyber attack.

Yep. They are being extorted for $10,000,000.
