I need to have the lien holder and co-owner removed from my boat and motor titles. Which forms will need to be completed and would this be easier done in person or can it be done by mail?

Seems like an in person visit would be best.
You would for sure need a "release of lien" from the lender for all three items. That would handle the lien part. It would seem like you would need some sort of letter notarized from the co saying they are releasing their portion. Obviously there could be several reasons for wanting to do this BUT both parties present if possible would be best.
If you want more help, our title company RecTitle would be a good source. I could do that Monday but let me know. It might even take a Bill of Sale type paper between both parties with CO selling or giving their portion to the other.
You might also check your boat and trailer registrations and see if both names are there as well.
Let us know if we can help.

I would be ok with paying someone to help me with the process just to prevent the back and forth! I’ll reach out Monday. Thanks!
