Remember the kid that came on here and said he badly hooked a fish and he freaked out with guilt and went all serial killer on it... he confessed to chopping it up into little pieces and throwing it back in the lake? That was pretty mean.

Whats the unwritten rule on passing somebody fishing 20 yards of an unmarked but common boat lane. I.e. cheney creek, come off pad and idle? or stay on plane and run to your spot. I ran to the back of cheney this spring a guy was fishing close to the boat lane, on my way out passed him again and the dude lost it..i didnt feel to bad. A kayaker once told me dont slow down if you pass us stay on plane and the waves will be smaller and easier to handle.

I had my son on the front of the boat and daughter on the back fishing with me . he was 13 , she was 11 . We were on fish and my daughter needed to take a dump . I told her to hold it --- fishing was too good to run al the way back to the marina . About 20 minutes later , my son looks at me and says ---- " wow , something smells really bad " ---- we hear a giggle from the back of the boat --- and here's my daughter bare azzed , hanging off the big motor trying to pull herself up and laughing .
I felt bad , especially after she told her mom .

When I used to fish team stuff there were two guys that irritated me twice while fishing. After that if I ever saw them fishing main lake stuff I always made sure to go out of my way to make sure they had to dance on the front deck running that trolling motor. Can't think of anything else.

I once passed gas on a hot still august day. I was told that the next morning it made the lead story on MSNBC. They blamed it on President Trump. I can't vouch for that because I only watch FOX NEWS.

Doesn’t Fork have enough trees already?

I cut a trout line on lake Corpus Christi that was my wife, now ex wife’s uncles, had a tag with his name. He used to run them on top of the water from willow to willow across the lake and everybody complained about hitting them.

I cut it rolled it up and told him.

I should have called parks and wildlife. I think all the people that lived in that cove in the area complained and he quit.

Thanks, Billy

We were in a pocket on Rayburn a few years back and heard duck calls. It was obvious pretty quickly it was someone in a blind drying to call them in.
I looked over at my buddy a couple minutes later and said "that's the worst duck call I've ever heard" and we both busted out laughing. Just then three guys walked out of a blind, and one guy asked me what I said in sort of a confrontational tone. I said "that is the worst duck call I've ever heard" he looked pissed and then his buddies starting ragging on him about why they hadn't seen a duck all morning, it was already past noon. LOL

We've been known to make a stump we're hung up in look like we have a huge fish on the line when it's a slow day. You should see the neck breakers and GPS pirates. This year it's been the worst I've ever seen for people just moving right in on you or idling over your cast to mark what your fishing. This year was the first time I've ever said something to somebody about it, usually I just blow it off and dont worry about it. After some blow hard tried to tell me I was teaching some kids the wrong way to do stuff I had to tell him he was doing a good job of teaching them how to be dick. I did later apologize to the kids and explain I could have handled it better and not really said anything to the guy. God really handled it before it started, lol. He hooked his buddies rod and tossed it in the lake and had to fish it out and then when they left his buddy lost his hat and by that point their ego wouldnt let them turn around and get it.

Fishing by the bridge at Cedar Creek people were driving by so my partner started stepping on his line and pulling up on his rod making it look like his rod was bent over with a fish!. People started honking at us so I did it too! it was hilarious! We called it Bridge Dancing!! Its a tradition we continue today!

Night before a big tournament bunch of us were all staying together and we had one guy that always liked to play pranks on everyone else so we all had planned to get him back.
One of the guys that lives in DFW area brought a huge rubber dildo down and the morning of the tournament we dropped it in his livewell right before we launched for livewell check
Needless to say, he got a lot of attention as he went past the checkin dock that morning....We told a bunch of the other guys fishing so everyone was watching when he had to fish out this “magnum” from his livewell in front of about 15-20 people...I hurt all day from laughing so hard that morning.

Fishing in the fog on Fork down by the dam on a community hole. You hear boats driving full blast and you know others are fishing the area around you. Fishing with my partner at the time and we can't see clearly more than a few yards. I grin at him and yell "get the Net. get the NET!" - Of course I've got nothing on my line but as expected boats magically appear around us in the mist to see whats being caught.

I never intentionally do anything bad to pizz someone off, but I've been cursed out many times for unknowingly being parked on "someones spot" and accused of motoring too close to someone hidden from my view in the brush, and having the audacity of trying to use the courtesy dock to tie up, before retrieving my truck at the boat launch where people were trying to fish.
Good thing I'm not a mean person or I wouldn't have made it to my age!

Just one more cast!
