Family vacation to Broken Bow and of course I had to bring my kayak! Never fished this lake before and was pumped to have the chance to get out there. Had a tough time though getting some consistent production. I threw all kinds of baits at them! Anyone have any thoughts or advice to offer for this lake? I have seen videos of people killing it out there, granted it was not the dead middle of summer. Anyways, your feedback of any sort is appreciated. I am hoping to visit this lake again at some point and want to be more prepared.

PS before you give me a hard time for the tone of my voice in the intro, I know it is a little too serious Haha, just look past it and enjoy! Lesson learned on my part.

Nice video. Broken Bow is a tough lake to learn, but once you do, it can be fun. I have had luck there with shaky head on the rocks next to deep drop offs and bouncing a square bill crankbait down the rocks.

Enjoyed the video. The tough days on the water make the good days a whole lot better. Awesome job on the video production. thumb

It definitely was a challenge to find any sort of rhythm. I think the morning fish was the most encouraging. At least I was seeing the fish on the top. When I go back I will probably focus in on the morning more. Thank you for the feedback.

Thank you sir! The spotted bass was a fun catch for sure and the bluegill was not expected either.

Thank you for that! And that is so true!! Can not appreciate the good without experiencing the bad. I really do try and take the time to make the content fun and engaging. Try to bring along the viewer with me as much as possible.
