Soaking Fish Fillets in HOT SAUCE? (Does it Work?)
So, in my previous video about soaking fish fillets, I learned that soaking fish fillets in milk offered more taste than soaking in regular methods like water and saltwater. However, a bunch of you guys told me to try buttermilk and hot sauce, so that's what we're doing today! Leave me some more suggestions for things to try in the comments and enjoy the video!

thumb I`d Give a Shout Out & mad props to SGT Chris Gill of the "Asleep at the Reel" youtube channel for this incredibly FLAVORFUL Crappie recipe! There`s something magical that happens when the filet is soaked in the Hot sauce, coated with the Louisiana (blue bag) fish fry and given a hot oil bath! I`m gonna try this on bream & Red Ears with Peanut Oil when I catch some. chef
