Good video, informative, too!
Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

Good video. One of your better ones.
BTW, as a critical care RN I took care of an angler who was seriously injured in the Angelina when his Ranger hit a big floater at speed.

Ken, I was thinking that maybe the next time you happen to launch at that ramp, maybe you could drive some rebar down into that stump some how and place a orange or red plastic cap on it. That's been done on a few lake here in N. Texas. Just a thought and I enjoy your videos.

Rebar driven in a hardened stump under water will absolutely gash a boat hull. The marker you put on it will just float off whenever the river comes up and then your left with a liece of reward exposed to tear up someone's boat

That place can be pretty fun. When the current gets going it can also get a little dangerous.

Rayburn lake level can fluctuate 10-15 feet in a year.

Skipper as much as am on the water moving water still makes me nervous, not sure why, has for years and year and I grew up fishing the Arkansas River so it shouldn't. But you hear me mention something about that, for sure it's harder to fish when the water is rolling and if I were taking kids down I'd do it when the water is slack.

Great video Ken! I grew up on rivers so I am more at home there than on Big Sam.

Great video Ken. Thanks for the tip on the stump. I agree on never using rebar to mark stumps unless you own a fiberglass repair shop.
