I can struggle on any lake on a given day but eventually I am going to make that good day happen. Given that, Lake Lewisville has had my number over the last few years but I still love the chance to spend a day out on the water.

Eagle Mountain.

Mine is Rayburn. I usually end up catching numbers of dink spotted bass in deep water. I have really struggled to catch better fish on this lake. If I spent more time on the lake I could probably figure it out.

Travis...but only for fish over 3 pounds. Catch all the dinks you want, but trying to catch a 3 pounder is like trying to get a Demonrat to tell the truth!

Finding quality in the summer on either lake is a major challenge.

I hear that Lewisville is good also but I only catch dinks out of it..I have only been on the lake 3 time. I would rather go to East Texas

Me and Lake Waco have never gotten along.

Tawakoni is for sure my nemesis. Still can't catch anything over 2# out there. I know I am probably in the minority but I just can't figure that place out.

You ain’t joking-(Used to fish both lakes years ago)That lake and Canyon-Hooked some monster(4+ lbers) Smallmouth fishing 35+ ft deep but never landed any of them

Travis is where I learned how to fish deep.

I struggle on Fork since they killed off most of the grass.

Conroe is 30 minutes from my house. I go there once a year just to wipe out any illusions that I can catch fish there. Also, I go there for those peaceful trips across those calm waters.
