Summer jiggin. Bite has been tough, but was pleased with the results. Hopping brush piles picking up some slabs!

Thank you! They were very good. Few days later I pan fried them with an egg wash and Italian bread crumbs. Was pleasantly surprised with how they turned out. Perfectly crispy and just the right amount of Tony's made for a great meal!
Do you cook crappie much? How do you cook them?
