We kept it simple yesterday. I bought a rib roast last time they were on sale and did not cook it. I cut it up into nice steaks and deboned them. Sealed them up and froze them. Yesterday we cooked 2 for the wife and I. We decided buttered taters and yellow onions were going to be enough veggies. Steaks melted in our mouth. cooked over charcoal. I got full and took a awesome nap.

Looks good. How did you cook the taters? I keep looking for new ways.

Thanks every one. The taters are best cooked in a microwave. Taters peeled and diced up, about a 1/3rd of a medium yellow onion diced. I like adding jalapenos but the wife doesn't. I stick of butter cubed up into 8 pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Microwave on high 10 minutes, stir, Microwave on high 7 minutes. Serve
