CAT held the third qualifier at Lake Texoma today. This one was billed as the Red River Shootout. CAT and the OK Crappie Association held a joint tournament for bragging rights. This one was in the planning stage for a year and almost didn't happen due to COVID-19. Masks and social distancing had to be followed but that didn't dampen the participants. I didn't get to make this one so no fishing report. But from the looks of the leader board, the fish were cooperating.

Congrats to the Texas anglers for a big win. This may be an annual event as I'm sure the OK boys want to redeem themselves.
The teams in black on the DIV I board are the OK teams.
The recap of the top 5 teams from each State Assn are listed at the bottom of the DIV II board. Congrats to all the teams that fished in this one. Great turnout in the midst of uncertain times. But putting a damper on a bunch of food fishermen is almost impossible.

Keep looking forward. That’s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.
