Is there a tackle shop in the DFW area that has saltwater tackle and equipment?

Bass Pro shop has some of everything. Probably has what you might want.

Scheels has a limited amount. But if they don't have it at BPS, I'd be surprised if you find it anywhere around DFW. If you know specifically what you are looking for then amazon is a good option.

I have found that you pretty much need to be near the coast to find a store that has the "right" saltwater equipment.

You might try Fishing World on Lovers Lane in Dallas.
