I made my own 18maH DIY lithium pack using drone lithium batteries. Worked great for five years, then got a newer kayak with a deer feeder battery already nicely installed and mounted. I do miss not having to charge the battery every 8 hours of use or so.
HobbyKing.com if memory serves.

Be sure to use a lithium battery charger Be sure connections are water tight and battery stays dry.

OP that's a good price on that 60 ah lithium battery. Don't buy their charger though. You can get a charger on Ebay for well under $40.
You get out of it what you put into it!

Do you guys think a 60 would be enough? I wanna be comfortable with using the motor all day.

With regular use, the 60ah battery will give you approximately 5hrs of reliable TM use.

It depends on the motor, your kayak, how much weight, how fast you run the motor, etc. That said I agree with CCTX on roughly 5 hours which honestly most of the time will equate to about 8 hours on the water since you typically won't use the motor all the time.
Most of the guys that have the new Old Town Autopilot's with a 44 lb thrust motor are running 100 ah lithium batteries and having no issues getting a full day and that's using spot lock quite a bit.
If you can I would go ahead and buy the 100 ah. Another option would be buy that 60 ah now and if you find it's not enough buy another 40 ah battery later and run them parallel so you have 100 ah's.
You get out of it what you put into it!
