I’ve just discovered Snapple peach tea. Stuff is pretty good. I keep a few bottles in the fridge on the truck most of the time

I’m doing a pound of Jimmy dean spicy breakfast sausage, half pound of leftover ground beef, green pepper, onion, cheddar and a little cream cheese.

Scrambled egg and cheddar sounds good too. I saw a recipe for a Philly cheesesteak one that looked good. Once it was off the smoker, they wrapped it in pizza dough and baked it. It was like a Philly cheesesteak fatty Stromboli. Looked incredible.
