 Onboard Charger for 24v trolling motor system

I installed a onboard 2 bank charger a few weeks ago, and I cannot get the second battery to charge. Ive tested the battery and all is good with the voltage, both appear to still be good. I connected the system just pos/neg to each battery individually, am I needing to run these in parallel like the TM? For reference its a Bass PRO XPS extreme 2 bank.

That's the right way to connect the charger, just like they are on separate circuits. Have you swapped the charger leads from battery to battery to see if that fixes it? If it does, one of the chargers is bad.
I have seen that many times. Also, battery voltage doesn't really tell you anything about the state of a battery. Need to load test it.

I have seen that many times. Also, battery voltage doesn't really tell you anything about the state of a battery. Need to load test it. Connection you have is correct. Do not parallel them. As rb says, swap the lead pair between the two batteries. If the "not charging" follows the leads you move, the charger is bad. If the same battery still gives an issue, it's the battery.
