Hit up lake Lavon doing simple jig with grub fishing. Jumping from one brush pile to the next. I love how simple and chill crappie fishing can be!! However with that said, we have yet to have that killer trip where we limit out or catch the big ones. Im always open to learning more tips and tricks, give this a watch and let me know your best crappie habits that have had good production!!

Nice video. The bite is very soft at the moment and their are so many shad its hard to find any crappie that are hungry. Gig 'em.

Nice video. The bite is very soft at the moment and their are so many shad its hard to find any crappie that are hungry. Gig 'em. Is it really? Not a very experienced crappie guy yet, so still learning their tendencies and what not. It has been spotty like that the past few time we have been out! Any other baits you would suggest at this time of year? Gig'em - Class of 16
