 2012 90 hp merc alarm

I have a Merc 90 that we took out the other day got a warning buzzer solid tone checked and no water stream stopped cleaned out the pee hole and it ran fine rest of the day. A week late take it out ran up and down the lake a few times runs fine. Go into the marina at no wake and get an alarm 3 beeps what does this alarm mean and are these things related? This boat did not come with a manual so Im kinda lost.
