Just talked to a friend of mine. Him and his wife got appointments to go get tested for Covid. So they go to the testing site and sit in line for like 2 hours and they move like 10 car links forward in that time. They got tired of waiting and pulled out of line and went home. 6 days later(this morning) he gets a call from the people doing the test that he tested positive  He's like how did I test positive you never gave me the test we pulled out of the line and went home because it was taking forever. He said 5 minutes later his wife got a call that she tested positive . Unreal!!! He said he got real pizzed when the lady said that he was positive and he must not have remembered taking the test something to that effect.

This is the 5th or 6th second hand account I have heard of something similar happening. Someone doesn't get tested due to running out of test or giving up on the wait, gets a phone call a few days later as "positive."

Makes you wonder how many cases are like this that you never hear about because it squashed by the media or social media.

I heard that if one person in a family of four tests positive, that's four positives.

I truly hope someone is verifying the accuracy of these tests as well. Maybe the test themselves or the testing procedure itself is causing some false positives.

I truly hope someone is verifying the accuracy of these tests as well. Maybe the test themselves or the testing procedure itself is causing some false positives. I ask about accuracy when I was test a couple of months ago, and the doctor told me the test were about 68% accurate at the time. IDK if they are better now or not.

Investigative newsworthy for sure. I'd start notification with their Public Health Region. https://www.dshs.texas.gov/regions/default.shtm We don't need administrative mismanagement compounding the seriousness of the health problem.

IDK if they are better now or not. 6-70% seems to be the number I have found when researching it. Same as I was told when I was tested.

I heard that if one person in a family of four tests positive, that's four positives. When my wife got tested they didn’t ask her how many people were in the household, so not sure how they’d know how many positives to apply.
