I think you also need to remember that these people were abandoned by law enforcement. When cops won't come around, a lot of offenses will carry the death penalty.

I think you also need to remember that these people were abandoned by law enforcement. When cops won't come around, a lot of offenses will carry the death penalty. That's a scary thought

I think you also need to remember that these people were abandoned by law enforcement. When cops won't come around, a lot of offenses will carry the death penalty. That's a scary thought None of us have personal jails to put them in, nor the manpower or authority to put them there. If a perpetrator persists and won't leave, what options are available to an individual abandoned by our law enforcement infrastructure? Let them have what they want and allow them to burn the rest? The perpetrators are often armed (two were said to be in this instance), so I don't plan to bring pepper-spray to a gunfight. The options narrow rapidly.

Who wants to bet that they are charged with a crime and the trespassers are never pursued? Remember; two people were just charged with a hate crime for defacing a Black Lives Matters mural painted on a street. Someone graffiti’ed the graffiti?

What are the rules in Missouri concerning guns. Anyone know?
A different question but if you pulled your gun and pointed it in Texas at a crowd, could you get arrested for it?

They have Castle Doctrine laws similar to ours and when that crowd is on your property you have every right to point your weapon at them.
