It is 5:30 till the determined time by the tournament director. It changes as it gets darker later/earlier.
Entry I believe is $30 per team. I only fish a couple per year and dont remember.
There is a championship at the end of the year for those who fish a certain number.
I would arrive by 5, there will be folks standing around the little stage under the tree in front of the boat ramp. That is where you enter/weigh in. It is a shotgun start.
