Poor guy must have experienced a lot of rejection along the way. That or his standards are set extremely high.

not sure who is more confused, bruno or the author.

near the I-70 and I-40/61 highways 40 and 70 never come close to each other. roflmao

sounds like he was on the west side of st louis at the loop, nasty traffic on a good day, 70/44 and 61 all tie into the loop in close proximity.

Hope they transported him to a place where he can get a little without walking a thousand miles.

Bruno looks like a young bear. The bear in the video has long legs and big ears are tell tail signs of a young bear. Male bears get run off by their mother, from her home range, when they are about 18 months old.
It’s not unusual for a young male black bear to travel hundreds of miles away from its place of birth.

This could actually be a great thread topic. “What’s the farthest you have travelled for Love”

I think the question is slightly wrong. I’m sure we have all made a drive, or flight, or whatever for some “love.”

But, what lengths have you gone to? When I was in high school, some guy down the street was a mild mannered, quiet kid. Next thing you know, he’s in trouble for stealing a car. He told me later that some girl had given him the green light, but he didn’t have a way to get there. He snuck out. Stole the neighbors car, and went to see her. He got caught afterwards. He was still smiling ear to ear over it.

I was young myself. But, best I can recall, the neighbor figured out what the kid was up to, and went as easy on him as he could. I think we all understood.

I rode my bicycle about 9 miles to meet a girl. It was not for love, I was in heat.

I took a family car to a neighboring state when I was maybe 13/14, something like that. I had been exchanging letters (remember those?) with a girl I had met on an earlier trip out of town. She thought I was 16 (I assume I told her that at some point), and she asked me to come visit. At that point, everything else was just details that needed working out.

Sometimes when opportunity calls, you've got to answer no matter the cost...or at least that was the thinking of a 13 year old me.

Sounds legit to me. Caught a kid once while on duty pushing his moms car out of the drive way so he could start it up down the street and meet his girl. Funny thing was he was only in his boxers and didn’t even have shoes. I helped him push the car back and left it at that. Now he works for me.

That's pretty funny that he ended up working for you later down the line.
