A quick review of my first ordering experience with Midway USA...

I needed to upgrade a couple of rods, did the research and ended up going with St Croix. One is pretty common and the other was tough to find anywhere outside of the St Croix factory. Midway USA had both of them in stock, since I needed a few terminal tackle items as well I decided to order from them instead of direct from St Croix. I placed my order on 7/4 at about 11am and selected the free shipping option. What a delightful surprise to receive an email Sunday morning that my order had shipped and would arrive by end of day Wednesday. Pretty happy so far, I checked the tracking yesterday morning and noticed surprise #2, it was out for delivery a day early! Received the package at about 5pm, man did these folks ever do a great job packaging my order.. the UPS truck could have run over it a couple of times and I doubt the rods would have been damaged. All in all it was a great experience worth sharing!

bought a lot of gun stuff from them and am now starting to order tackle too, never had a problem in probably 10 yrs.
some stuff I may pay a little more when shipping is added but for the customer service it is worth it for me.

only time I had to send in a return was ups fault, emailed them and had an ro within a few minutes and shipping paid both ways, got it in 2 days.

I wait until they do the free shipping (which happens quite often) and it makes a big difference. Quality company and great customer service.

Great company...ordered lots of gun stuff from them and always had positive results. I print out their free targets they provide all of the time. May have to look into their fishing stuff...

I have ordered tons of gun stuff from them in the past and I have never had a problem with any of them.

I've never had an issue with them about gun item related orders and am Glad that they are now in the fishing business too!

I placed a tackle order with them this past Friday and it shipped the next day. Was low on baby brush hogs and they had a bunch on sale. I think 30 bags cost me $65 and free shipping.
