What is the difference in the examples I used? All are government-mandated safety items designed to protect the population. You could throw in underage drinking, nudity laws, and a whole range of regulations regarding human behavior.

It's pretty much "All lives matter until I'm slightly inconvenienced."

Nothing wrong except for the fact you went to the unreasonable opposite direction of what you were inferring was unreasonable.

Binary thinking. There is middle ground where we can all come to an agreement, if that is what you seek.

This is all interesting. It appears that the GOP is on the defensive big time. App. 120 days left until we see a resurrection of this nation for the better. Hopefully the country can unite again and once more be a respected nation.
