Why wouldn't they keep the lights on at dark at a ramp and parking lot? When loading the boat after dark its kinda sketchy...
Normally use Pond Creek at Ray Roberts and there are roughly 6 lights and none are on.

Flooding may have damaged the electrical system. It will probably get fixed in a few years.
