Chris G Extreme Angler C Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 2,942 Frisco, TX	It would make a lot of sense given the fact you have to quarantine for 14 days if you go to NY and come from a specific state on the list which includes Texas and many states in the South. We had a trip scheduled to Henderson Harbor to fish Lake Ontario the 2nd week in August and while we haven't cancelled it yet, we will most likely have to. There's no way for us to quarantine up there for 14 days since we are only going up there for 5.

I think the only thing slowing BASS down right now is the cancellations due to COVID. They just had an entire event live streamed on ESPN2 and have a chance to have a couple of more live streamed if they can hold the events. Seems they are signing up some non endemics as of late too. www.megabassusa.com

NY got really aggressive on this stuff several weeks ago when the number of new "cases" starting growing over much of the country. I was more surprised that BASS and others decided to try ti move ahead with them and didn't put a contingency plan in place sooner.
