Recently received a Chronarch CH100VSB. Needs a thorough cleaning however I can find no video or parts list even from the Shimano web site. Any help greatly appreciated?

Hey Saibling I can't find anything on that model. You sure it isn't a BSV?

There's a couple of really great youtube videos of how to break down and clean your Shimano reels step by step. Even if it's not the same model they are all so similar- you can do it yourself its really easy, just watch the whole video once, then start it over and do it just like they do step by step, lay the parts down in sequence paying attention to some of the special cupped washers. Go to Academy or Bass Pro and get you one of those Ardent Reel Cleaning Kits with grease and oil.

Take it to SW Parts & Service and let them do it. One of my buddies tried to clean & lube his own reel and it wound up costing him $140 for a new spool that he damaged trying to put it back together. Why risk that trying to save $17?

In his defense he lives near Houston.

yes it was a BSV. update found parts list, located the issue, four hours later reel oil and assembled casting like a champ. 😊
