Hope she has a quick recovery.

My daughter was exposed to it at work. She got her results back today and thankfully she is negative. Poor kid has been at her house on quarantine for 12 days waiting on results. She decided to get out today and hang out with my wife. She promptly slipped on some stairs and broke her anke.

Got a cousin in Hico that just tested positive this week.

I have been exposed at work a quite a few times. Tested negative this week.

Hope your daughter get well really quick with no hospital stay required. I got word last night that a cousins sister-in-law passed away from it on the 3rd. Your daughter is young and strong, this lady was old and in bad health.

We brought my dad out to the lake when this stuff started. He fell off the bed and broke his hip. A few days later, Elizabeth broke a toe, then I damaged my rotator cuff. We were on a roll.

Keep us posted on how she does. I have not heard much about how it impacts young healthy people. I know everyone is different, but every data point counts.

Wish her all the best.

my daughter has it, we probably do too. Its a case where the local school district went and FOOLISHLY had a graduation ceremony. After cancelling school since spring break, they had a graduation where the kids were social distanced on the field, but not in the stands waiting for it to start, and the audience was not social distanced at all. Sacrificed all those school days for nothing cause this junk is ALL OVER my town now. On top of that, after the school said no prom. a bunch of soccer moms planned one anyway. My wife and I almost got divorced over letting my step-daughter go. I said no, no way, but ultimately it's her daughter not mine so she went. Impossible to social distance at a damn indoor prom. At any rate as I predicted, it spread through the entire class, and now according to my doctor, nearly 70% of the town has it. I hate telling kids they cant do senior stuff as much as the next parent, but I'd rather them be alive and mad, then dead with their memories.

Luckily no serious symptoms yet. God willing we will be okay, I pray the same for all of you as well.

Hoping for the best for your niece and all who caught it. We are only knee-deep in the first wave, folks. If we can't or won't follow the CDC guidelines, the surge in cases and hospitalizations will continue to climb. I think there should be a nation wide mandate on wearing masks if outside of your home. Social distancing must be followed, too. In a couple of weeks you will see another shutdown, I'm afraid. It's inevitable. Let's see how this plays out when there are no hospital beds left. Fixin' to get real ugly....
