It appears to have a quick-coupling with a red reinforcement grip just to the right of the pan. Any agree with my assessment?

BTW, I'm a Dive Master level in SCUBA, and to try to breathe air from a shop compressor would be a very iffy thing to try. If it is a compressor, it's more likely they use air to "encourage" a fish to leave it's lair. In a huge bubbling of air, they can't fight, nor breathe, so they may give up more easily - just guessing. I know of regulations prohibiting the use of compressed air for collection of lobster or tropical fish in the marine waters, so it must be "effective".

You're trying to add a level of sophistication that, as DaveDave can tell you, just does not exist in Oklahoma.

LOL, you are probably right! But, one of them could have learned of such things while visiting a foreign country - such as Louisiana?

I am a high school teacher, I don’t think there will be in class instruction, I think most ISDs are hopeful but I just don’t see it happening. The governor will delay openings, if we go back it will be after Christmas.

Here’s what meant to type. Noodling for catfish is stupid. The percentage of noodlers that have completed the ninth grade is very low. The percentage that have completed high school is zero. If noodling keeps happening, they will have to cancel high school in Oklahoma.

I am wondering what that stuff is on the deck? Gas can, electrical cords and some apparatus in a dishpan?

That's for electric noodling

I had to ask the guy that sent me the pic, they actually are wearing some kind of helmet/mask and using the compressor for air. I know they do for diving for fresh water shells, just never seen them do it for noodling. I'm sure the old timers think that's cheating lol.
