The Ray Hubbard Bass Cub will be having our fourth members only tournament of 2020, Saturday July 11th on Lake Ray Hubbard. Here is the information - • When: Saturday July 11th • Where: Lake Ray Hubbard - Highway 66 Ramp Rockwall • Time: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM • Registration: 4:00 - 4:45 AM • Entry Fee: $60.00 per boat - 2 person maximumYou MUST be an RHBC member to fish this tournament. To join the Club since we are not having a meeting please follow the procedures in the following link Membership ProceduresRegistration procedures Tournament morningVince is going to set up a table in a parking spot next to the ramps. Mark will be there checking livewells as you pull down to launch. If you are trailering let him know and he will come to you. Much like Tawakoni we are requesting you keep your distance between each other in line to register. We would like you to wear a mask but it is up to you. Vince will be wearing a mask. Bring exact change if possible and place the cash directly in the money bag after showing it to Vince. After you are paid he will direct you as to what chip is yours and you remove it from the board. Vince will let you know where he is going to place the chip board after registration is finished so you know where it will be to turn the chip in at weigh in. Weigh in proceduresWe will be calling you up in much smaller groups. Please wear your buff over your face or a mask and keep your distance from the person in front and behind you. After you weigh in, I’ll have you take your masks down for pictures. As much as I love the social aspect of our Club, it’s something we are trying to keep to a minimum right now. We will keep teams apprised of what the cutoff weight is to get a check and I would say if you are not in the running, please pack up and head for home. Leave your fish in the live well until your number is called! Keep the water cooled and treated and your fish healthy! It's going to be 100 degrees so do the same thing for you and your partner! See you at the ramp!

The heat is going to be crazy on Saturday folks. I'm glad we are starting and quitting early. Start prepping for it early in the week. Lots of water and make sure you aren't out there on an empty stomach. Let's take good care of our fish as well.

Saturday: Sunny, hot with highs around 100. Heat index readings up to 115 in the afternoon. Dress for the occasion. Hydrate early and often!

We had 33 boats come out to fish in that ridiculous heat yesterday. As usual, Ray Hubbard was great for a few and rough on everyone else. James and Trey Crawford won with an awesome summertime bag of 21.41 pounds. Brian Brooks and Steve Parrish had big bass with a 7.56 monster. Full results and pictures coming this week.
