Since we are still without a meeting place and the upswing in Corona Virus cases makes a meeting not smart at this time we will use the same procedures we did last month if you wish to join the Club for our July tournament on Lake Ray Hubbard.

New member procedures

Contact me either through e-mail (tomnali2@sbcglobal.net) or by phone (817-980-0718) or by PM here on the Forum and give me all needed contact information including first and last name, phone number and e-mail address. If you are signing up a partner I will need the same information for that person.

When you get to registration the morning of the tournament, we will have the new member info sheets with us. Identify yourself to the person doing registration as a new member so we can check you off the list. If you try and join at the ramp, without contacting me first, we will not accept your membership. We MUST have you on the pre-registered list. You will pay the $30.00 per person membership fee at that time, separate from your entry fee. If your partner is an immediate family member, only one membership fee is necessary.

Deadline for new membership is 6:00PM on Friday July 10th. No new members are accepted after that cut off time for the Ray Hubbard tournament.

If you are a new or returning member who has not fished with us yet, you have until 6:00PM tonight to contact me for the tournament tomorrow
