Probably bought his ammo on clearance at Walmart. Had to have been rifle ammo. Was told Wal-Mart does not carry hand gun ammo.

Yeah, given today's anti-cop sentiment by a portion of the population convenienced by such a position, he is going to get slow-boiled. We do have some insight into the shoplifter, though - he said "I know my rights" right away. We know all good law abiding citizens start screaming that when they have a police encounter, right?

assault with deadly weapon (car) shooting justified is what this ought to be...instead black lives matter really means it's ok to run from police,resist arrest or fight with police....and if criminal gets hurt resisting arrest...arrest and fire the officer and sue for civil damages...and if you think it's bad now,just wait and see what it will be like if Trump doesn't get reelected...
