After having to cancel Monday & Tuesday due to 30 MPH Winds, we were able to get the rest of the week's trips in and had a nice box of fish each outing! We did have to fish a little harder and look a little more most trips as the White Bass are not as easy to find as in the Spring. There's some Top Water action going on each AM and you can usually pick up a few either on the Flats or along the South Shoreline. Tie on a Rat-L-Trap and keep it handy as you might find a School chasing Shad almost anywhere on the Lake. We're making the move up the Richland Creek Channel most mid mornings and finding fish on Points and Humps in depths of 15'-20'. We're catching them on 1 oz. RSR Minnow Slabs with a Jig Teaser above the Slab. The fish are moving fast so we catch them two at a time when we do find them. We ended the week with both boats on the Lake on July 4th and had a great trip with Dad's and Kids(See Pics) and all went home with plenty of fish filets for a Holiday Fish Fry. This is the time of the year when Richland Chambers fishing can get tough so give us a call and we'll show you how to find and catch em' when the Dog Days of Summer kick in! Check us out at www.gonefishin.biz and take advantage of our "Package Special"!
