Agree completely on the size/gear ratio.

What tungsten one do you use? I like tungsten jigs, just haven’t found a good shaky head in tungsten yet.

They only have 3/16 and 1/4. Those are the two I use most often by far.

I have found them in 3/8, 1/2 and 1/8 some place else but Ill have to find that if your interested Ill find it in my bookmarks and post it for you.

Does anyone make a shaky head with a Trokar hook?

I have a few trokar molds, I personally don't like the hooks, they are not a true round band hook and they are not light wire either. In my experience, shakeyhead should be light wire. Better action and better hookup with lighter tackle. Even when you step up the weight and go to a baitcast.

Learn something everyday. I didn’t know Trokar didn’t make a suitable hook. The Owners Ultra Point hooks I use tend to bend a little easily. I also like the Trokar hook as it doesn’t require as much effort to set them
