I have a 03' Skeeter SL180 (fish/ski) with a 03' Yamaha 115TLRB on it. It has a SS 13 1/2 x 19K prop currently. I have read the WOT for this motor should be 5500 rpm but with the hammer all the way down I am barely getting 5000. The motor runs great and has the service kept up on it. I don't ever run it WOT but don't want to put a strain on the motor if it's not pitched correctly. Would changing the prop pitch help get the best performance for my motor?

I have no experience with that combo but others will want to know model/make of prop and prop to pad distance. Also how long to get on pad from dead stop...

Fish n Skis are typically a little heavier and more weight forward than the straight bass hulls, so they are lift challenged and need to carry a load better.
Your rpms say you need a 17" prop, I like a merc trophy or powertech 4 blade on FnS's because they handle slow speeds and big loads better. I'd call Josh at Steve's on Fork and ask him also.
