The County announced Thursday morning that Vehicle traffic on these beaches will be prohibited. People will be able to walk on them from 7am-11am and from 4pm-8pm from Friday to Monday. Surf fishing will not be allowed in Galveston. With this strong SW wind, fishing would not be good they say.
